I had 2 physiotherapist, they assessed me and started me out slow with physio, as I improved they bumped up my physio to help me get back to work full time, the bike and ball were a challenge at first but became easier. On Saturday I had online physio, which was great, he watched me do my exercises and corrected me when I wasn’t doing them right which was great and helped me get to where I am today. I can do everything that I used to do before I got hurt.
